Happy Fathers Day

Captain Everett C. Marshall
April 9, 1925-April 6, 1981

Daddy I miss you as much today as the day you left.  This man taught me how to treat people right , how to feed  myself from the river, and gave me more love than I deserved.   I miss him everyday of my life.

This picture was taken about a year before his death.

Love Always,Your Patsy  Happy Fathers Day to my husband too who has been a great and caring dad to our three children.  He loves them more than they know.

Our dads never really do leave us, do they Patsy. I think the relationship between father and daughter is something so very special. I see something similar in the relationship between mothers and sons. Tough to explain, but on the day of my dad\’s funeral I was alone with my son-in-law trying to talk about it. He has both a daughter and a son and he understood exactly what I was trying to say.
